Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Purpose and Definition of the Platform

This document governs access to and use of the website 10000nautica.it (hereinafter the "Platform"). 10000Nautica by Salvatore Torregrossa operates exclusively as a web portal and digital intermediary specialized in connecting boaters who request technical support, maintenance or nautical accessories with independent operators, professional divers and suppliers.

2. Strict Distinction from Institutional Emergency Rescue

FUNDAMENTAL SAFETY NOTICE: 10000Nautica does NOT provide life-saving services at sea, nor does it replace or assist the state authorities in charge of maritime rescue. In any serious emergency, imminent danger to life, fire or risk of sinking, the user must immediately contact the Coast Guard (free number 1530 or VHF channel 16).

3. Nature of Intermediation and Exclusion of Liability (Indemnity)

The contract, the technical service or the purchase are concluded exclusively and directly between the boater and the independent technician/diver or supplier who accepts the assignment. Salvatore Torregrossa / 10000Nautica remains completely outside the contractual relationship and is not liable for:

• Delays, unavailability or failure to intervene by local diving operators or suppliers.
• Direct, indirect, material or bodily damage to property, vessels or persons occurring during or after the operations.
• Fees, invoicing methods and economic agreements freely established directly between the parties.

4. Intellectual Property, Trademark Protection and Prohibition of Copying / Scraping

The entire content of the Platform, including by way of example: source code, software architecture, databases, trademarks, logos, graphics, texts and operational flows, is the exclusive property of the Owner and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. It is expressly and strictly prohibited to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or modify any part of the Site without written authorization.
• Use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated tools to extract data or contacts.
• Perform reverse engineering, decompilation or extraction of the source code.

5. Geolocation Data Processing (GPS)

Sending requests through the Platform's forms authorizes the transmission of the GPS coordinates or the geographic position indicated by the user to the selected technician, for the sole operational purpose of allowing them to reach the vessel.

6. E-commerce, Spare Parts and Nautical Accessories Section

If the Platform makes available online sales sections for nautical accessories and spare parts, the purchase contracts concluded with consumers will be governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). Prices, shipping methods and the right of withdrawal will be indicated in the relevant purchase sections.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

10000Nautica reserves the right to suspend, update or modify the service's functionality at any time for maintenance, technical or regulatory reasons without notice.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Palermo shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory courts for consumer protection.
